Taking a Break

It's been another busy week for The Ettes....but not busy designing for our website or MMS :) We decided to take a little break from that part of our design life while we work on another little project we have going (nothing that will excite many of you unless you live in Quebec, Canada and speak French :)

Anyway, we're still around and hope you'll visit our shop, buy and use our designs and then upload the results to our gallery. We've loved what we've seen you upload recently!

I've been spending lots of time in my yard...and thought I'd share a layout of one of my FAVORITE things about summer here at my home. (I put it together in about 10 minutes with one of my Wonderful World "Click" Pages!)



I just LOVE these shasta daisies. They're gorgeous, full plants that are just so beautiful. And, did I mention that they're HUGE? Wow...talk about a big, happy greeting as you come to my front door. I wish they would last all year long! Yup...I'm a daisy kind of gal.

So...what are your favorite things about summer...(or winter, if you're one of our friends down under)? Be sure to take the time to do a quick layout about it so that the memory doesn't fade. My daisies won't last forever...but hey, this winter when there is three feet of snow outside and I'm sick of the cold, I can look at this layout, and remember something beautiful that the summer brings.
