New Freebie in the Shop!

We have another cute freebie for you! Our adorable March Desktop Calendar will help keep your monitors in style while you highlight your favorite little "leprechaun"!

(Btw...gotta brag a little. The cute little "leprechaun" in the pic is my youngest grandson, Dillon. He's going to be six months old soon, and is just the cutest little guy--always smiling and giggling. He's just too much fun!)

Anyway, you don't have to be Irish to love this design! Download and Enjoy!

Favorite Faces, Lucky Charms & a Freebie!

We've been at it again....there are some new goodies in the shop!

First of all, we have our "Favorite Faces" Dig-ette-al Kit! This adorable kit is perfect for highlighting your "Favorite Faces"! It's fresh, fun and FABULOUS! A portion of this kit was previously offered as a freebie in DSA's newsletter....but you know us, we loved the results so much that we just couldn't stop designing. So, don't feel bad if you missed it the first time around....we’ve more than doubled the amount of digi goodness in the kit!

Our Creative Team has done some beautiful things with this kit...here's just a sampling! Be sure to visit the CT Gallery to see more of their creations!

Creative Team Member, RealRach submitted the layout below - and admitted that she was given artistic direction by her son Will....so we’re highlighting Will’s talent, and hoping that he’ll keep it up! He’s a scrapper at heart (hey, he asked his mom to take the photo!) and we love his creativity! Great job, Will (and RealRach)!

We've been busy creating some fun craft kits for you again. We love “getting our hands dirty” and creating home decor and crafty gifts withour designs! We’ve designed two fast & fun kits using the Lucky Me Collection...check ‘em out!

We did it again...we've created a Combo Pack with both Lucky Charm Craft Kits! Man...we're basically giving them away. You'd better grab them before we regain our sanity. Yeah...like that's going to happen :)

...and last, but not least. We have a new freebie for you. We love giving clever little crafty gifts that take basically NO time. So here's another FREE KIT for you. Share it with your favorite little leprechaun, student, co-worker, friend....well, I think you get the idea!

Btw...as most of you know, we send out a newsletter with each new release. I'm experimenting with sending it out through our shopping cart...so I've sent it out two ways this time. If you get it twice, I apologize. I'll get it figured out sooner or later. Hmmm...probably later. But hey, at least I'm trying! :)

A Friendly Reminder :)

Lots of you have taken advantage of the sale on our Lucky Me Collection....it's on sale for one more day. So, if you haven't picked it up, you should! Sale ends at midnight Feb. 18!

Annette and I have been BUSY creating all sorts of fun projects for you! We'll be posting some of them on Thursday. Oh wait...it IS Thursday....I guess that means that I'll be posting them later today! My...how time flies when you don't get much sleep :)

A Simple Valentine Idea . . .

I have four cute ladies that I'm asked to visit every month for my church (it's called Visiting Teaching--lol..and no, they're not the only people I visit). Over the years, they've become very dear friends. I decided to make each of them a simple little treat for Valentine's Day. They were quick, very EASY...and turned out pretty cute, so I thought I'd share. And yes, they look a little "cute" for older ladies...but honestly, they love this kind of stuff :)

Here are some very basic instructions:

1. Print out the LoveShack Valentine Cards (the vertical cards work best for this project). Cut out and ink the edges if desired.
2. Fill a 4 1/2" w x 5 1/2" h (not including the flap) transparent envelope with Valentine treats. Seal the top closed.
3. Cut a 4" x 12" strip of cardstock for each treat bag.
4. Score the cardstock 5" from each short end. Fold along the score lines and ink all edges if desired.
5. Insert the filled treat bag inside the cardstock triangle. Align the top of the bag with the top edges of the triangle and staple through all layers. Position your staple far enough down so that they won't show above the card once it's in place.
6. Adhere the card to the front of the cardstock triangle.
7. Embellish with ribbon, rhinestones, glitter...whatever you choose. I just put a simple bow on each of mine, and they look cute :) You could go all out, but I kept mine very simple.

If you don't have the transparent bags, you could try some snack size ziploc bags, or even the little Valentine goodie bags that you can find this time of year.

Anyway, that's just one more way you can use the fun designs that we've shared with you this month.

My craft room counter is covered with little gifts that I've made for my family. I've had so much fun this week making the these projects. It's nice to get your hands "dirty" once in a while...I think the grandkids (and the big kids) are gonna love their little goodie boxes--lol, I'm sure I'll get requests for refills for every holiday! (planning ahead here!)
We hope you all have a wonderful Valentine's Day. . . make it a day filled with love and happiness!

Last Minute Valentine Gift Ideas

It's a bit later than I planned...but here are the cute Valentine Gift ideas we've added to the shop! We know you've probably seen these ideas before..but hey, you haven't seen OUR version...AND...we've made it EASY for you. All you have to do is print, cut and use a little glue! (Ok...there might be a bit more to it than that, but you get the idea!)

We were inspired by Jana Eubank's cute "Chocolate Survival Kit" that she shared on her blog...so we decided to do an "Ettes" twist with this idea :) Jana's was done with traditional scrapbooking supplies...and of course...ours have a Dig-ETTE-al twist!

Annette created some darling Candy Bar Wraps with her Heart Throb Mini Kit....ya gotta love something that makes an ordinary thing (if you can call CHOCOLATE "ordinary") seem so adorable!

...and, like we've done before, we're giving you some motivation to buy both. We've put both the Candy Bar Wraps and the Valentine Goodie Box Toppers in a Combo Pack, discounted it by 15%...and then put it on sale for 20%. Yes folks, that's a good deal...all because we love ya!
Remember to download our latest freebie while you're in the shop! Ok...I think you should be about ready for Valentine's Day now...make it a great one!
