The Ettes and Company

Goodbye Breezy . . . Hello Ettes & Company!

We know that many of you have been wondering what has been going on with the “Ettes”. Well, as you can see by the new banner on our blog, we are making some big changes. We have given our resignation to the owners of Breezy Design. For those of you who subscribe to the Paper Seeds kits, we have created the kit for November, but will not design anything beyond that for the company.

We have had such wonderful times developing new products and meeting many of you over the years. We hope that you know how much it has meant to us. Like many of you have said as we’ve been through previous transitions . . . we will never lose, nor forget, the friends that we’ve made along the way.

We are sad to see this chapter in our lives end, but we’re anxious to move on to new projects and see what the future holds for us. We have several possibilities in the works that we’re excited about. We decided to just continue on with our blog…since it was “ours”. We’ll keep everyone updated here. We hope that you will follow us as we continue in our endeavor to share our love of designing – we’re not ready to give up on being the “Ettes”.

Again, thank you for your support, and know that we appreciate having had the opportunity to work with such a wonderful, talented group of people. We look forward to sharing our designs in many different ways in the very near future.

still . . . the “Ettes”

Annette & Fayette

To say WOW is a bit of an understatement, LOL. I know you can't say anything, but I have to assume from this that the writing is on the wall for Breezy Design!! Very sad, but I think a lot of us have been expecting it for quite a while now.

I so hope you gals continue designing and producing your beautiful range of papers - I would miss them sooo much if they weren't around.

Like the other girls, I also look forward to seeing what you two get up to, I hope it will be soon.

I know how hard it is to let go of something you worked so hard for and loved, but there comes a time when enough is enough. I'm sorry for all you two have been through and are owed, I understand your pain all too well! I can't wait to see your next venture, I missed your designs terribly but could not bring myself to throw good money after bad with that company. GOOD LUCK to you both!!!

You guys are awesome and wherever you go I'll be happy to support your creativity!

You deserve the best and hopefully you are now on your way to get just that!

Now no dawdling, LOL, we all need our Ettes fix ASAP!!!

I am sooo excited to see what is in store for you! I hope you both know that you have a ton of people ready to support you both and that you were the only thing keeping most of us with past companies, if not the reason we started with them in the first place. Is there any way for you to get the rights to release your past designs as digital now? Or maybe new designs as digital??? I'll help you set up an online store :)

I just wanted to say that while I realize this is a loss for you, it is a huge gain for those of us that still adore you both but want nothing to do with Breezy.

I can't wait to see what your new adventure brings. Hopefully lots of awesome products for those of us Ette lovin girls. :)

Good luck!!

I am so excited about this. It's definitely going to be a great adventure, and I'm sooo looking forward to what you have in store for us. I'm sure we've all put Breezy behind us, but never the Ettes. I'll be watching closely.

Good Luck with everything!

Wow...talk about an overwhelming response. Words are so inadequate, but know that we thank you for your support and appreciate all of your kind words. Lol...and Rach, yes...FINALLY :) *snicker* that cracked me up. 'nuff said ;)

We have several things in the works and will make another post to the blog as soon as we can come up for some air...and yes, that means we're busy designing already! I think Izzy might be able to get her hands on some of these things we're working on sometime in January...Izzy...do you speak French? :)

Oh man...it feels good to tease and give hints again!

Fayette <--- feeling a bit more like her "old" self tonight!

Fayette and Annette..... Way to go, you both must feel so good to be FREE. For you to not give up through all that you have been through speeks for the kind of people you are. Know that we love you to death and will always support you. I know there is a plan out there for you. Like I said last week. When one door closes, another one opens. I just hope it will be a big one. God has given both of you talent that needs to be shared :o) Hip Hip Horray, life goes on!

Good golly, miss molly! I just heard the news. I'm beyond excited for you!!! I can't wait to see what you're up to. I'm up to my eyeballs in digital, but I mod podge myself at least a couple of times a month with 5 required hybrid projects that I do for creative teams.

You guys are all AWESOME! Thank you so much for your comments and support. We really appreciate it! Faye and I will miss going to the conventions and meeting and associating with all of you but hopefully we can keep connected through our blog. It's been a great journey and we've enjoyed getting to know so many of you who we consider good friends. I've always admired your talents and the creative projects you did with our products. We loved it all and enjoyed seeing what you created. But we're starting a new chapter now! We will continue to do what we love best and that is designing. We'll keep you posted as we venture out!

Thanks again for your "good wishes" and support. You're the best!

Annette
